  The credit card linked to our home loan package is terrible. The bank slugs us with a big annual fee each year always at the worst possible time and no warning. The online banking facilities are excellent.       Full review

  Banks are too focused on share holders, rather than the customer - people that make the profit for them. Most people just want to be treated equally, maybe they should really be listening to the little people, rather than just saying they are.       Full review

  The product is good (equity manager) but the staff have an inability to assist, don't have the authority to carry out tasks promised, and never do anything in a timely fashion. Unnecessary fees at every turn as well.       Full review

  The interest you pay on a home loan is unacceptable by the time you complete paying back a home loan we end up paying two to three time the amount you borrowed. Banks are ripping people off.       Full review

  BALDIVIS branch are closed on a Saturday now. When you do go only two tellers open at a time. Long waits to see someone if it's not about a general inquiry.       Full review
