I like this personal loan because of the level of service I get with it. Everything is explained very well during applying for the loan. Also any problems or questions are all taken care of in the bank branch, talking face to face with a person not over the phone (thats how i like to do things), but the phone is no problem when i have had to use it.

From the minute I applied, throughout the whole application process, they were awesome! I had alot of questions, and had them all answered clearly, and walked away knowing exactly what was going on, what I was signing and what was happening next! I got the phone call i was approved and within 12 hours had the money :-) IT WAS ALL HASSLE FREE!!!! I still had some questions after the application process, I just went into my local branch and had them all answered, no worries. I have banked with ANZ for many many years and have never had a problem with them!

After much paper work and meetings we were denied our loan with no reason. 1 week following we found out the loan manager had been fired for not knowing or doing her job correctly and that she had lost many potential customers for their bank. no compensation or apology was ever given.not happy....

The staff are very friendly and try to be helpful, but as I am a single mum, I don't think they really understand my financial situation. I am in the throws of investigating the rates and offers from other banks at the moment. So anyone interested in a loan from ANZ, should do their research before signing up.

When you go into these places you want to be in and out and be served with a smile etc. They do this and more. Not like some places where you feel like you want to sit down and cry with them.

OMG! 10 out of 10 ANZ. We didn't have to jump through hoops to secure a $20,000 personal loan to consolidate some debts and do some house renovations. We applied by phone on a Tuesday and funds were in our account by Monday. We didn't have to show pay slips even though my husbands pay goes into the Commonwealth. All they wanted to see was 3 months of statements for the credit cards with other banks we wanted to pay out. There was no having to show copies of my car loan payments, our home loan details, nothing. I cant believe how easy it was. I rang this morning and they told us we were approved and when we were ready to give them a call which we did tonight and the money was in our account while we were on the phone. I cant believe the difference between ANZ and Commonwealth bank who want you to jump through hoops and charge you an extra 2% for the pleasure. They wanted pay slips from my husband who has his pay going into his account with them not to mention everything else they wanted. Go figure. I say to anyone who has an account with ANZ and wants a personal loan check them out. I am wrapped with how little time it took to get the loan and get the money

I have banked with anz since i was 16 i have applied and applied and applied in the last 3 years to get even the lowest loan to clear my credit rating which has 2 defaults with a combined sum to just under $500.00. On top of that, I need to fix and pay off the car i am still paying off to my family and to christen my son and daughter. But even though they can see what goes in and out of my account, they would not even give me a chance at a loan or anything. I'm a single parent trying to give my children the best up bringing i can when people ask who the best to go to get a loan. I tell them not to bother going with anz and tell them what's going to happen. Things should not be that hard for people who are exsisting anz customers for more than 3-5 years coz it makes people like myself want to change banks.

Our loan was approved approx 20 minutes later. Our personal loan is on a variable rate, on the terms we requested and has redraw facilities, we are happy to and have recommended the ANZ Bank to various family members and friends.
