The fact that they gave me the money is a great start with little fuss and was very quick and easy, 2days start to finish(great plus). The bank is always up front about the rate changes during the GFC. ANZ have an excellent on-line banking site. We pay off a personal loan every month, paying more than the required amount. Due to a banking error ANZ didn't debit the money one month. Two weeks later they called us and practically called us defaulters and threatened to penalize us. Because of our extra payments though the amount was much less than the normal. They kept hounding us to pay the money - it worked out that we were behind $50.
