  I had this product for over three years now and although I understand that the loan is unsecured, I do believe that the interest rate is higher than the market average. I contacted the bank to review the rate and they still have to get back to me.       Full review

  The bank (not the employees) don't care about their customers, they only care about making massive profits! And it is usually those most in need who are bled dry by greedy banks!       Full review

  I think ANZ saving accounts are awesome. They are easy to access and use (even for people who don't speak 'bank lingo') and their customer service is great. I know this as I have had to follow and inquire about a few codes etc. and they talked me ...       Full review 

  I think ANZ saving accounts are awesome. They are easy to access and use (even for people who don't speak 'bank lingo') and their customer service is great. I know this as I have had to follow and inquire about a few codes etc. and they talked me through it, showed me how to do it for the future and were super patient. They made the transfer smooth from my former bank, and I have had no problems with them to date. They are very reliable, the rates are great, easy to talk to, easy convenience, great customer service and I recommend it to everyone!

  I like the ANZ Bank as I have been with them for about 7 years, I have had no problems with them. I find their staff very friendly and very helpful, their over the phone service is excellent. I use their Direct Debit Service and never had any prob...       Full review

  The ANZ term deposit is ok it is not the best interest rate around but fairly close. The service at our local branch is terrible lots of improvement to be had here.       Full review

  ANZ car insurance plus another ANZ insurance policy = a % reduction - or so I was lead to believe, unfortunately without chasing this up, it had not been applied. On making a claim it all went smoothly but the information as to how to claim what happened next was not a clear as I would have liked. I feel the policy is not as competitive as some others with the same underwriters but and the multi policy was to be the sweetener. I will again research different policies and mostly change from ANZ motor insurance.
