      I can't believe, in a world full of modern technology, that they have recently extended the time it takes to clear a cheque. Also when depositing into this account the customer is required to write up all account details on the back of each cheque...       Full review 

      I can't believe, in a world full of modern technology, that they have recently extended the time it takes to clear a cheque. Also when depositing into this account the customer is required to write up all account details on the back of each cheque and depositer's account details in the deposit book. 30 years ago they were run through an encoding maching and cleared faster than they are now. It seems we have to do all the work that was once done by staff but fees and charges have gone through the roof.

      Except for non-bank ATM use fees. I have never paid a fee in 5 years and the interest is daily paid monthly and comparable to ING etc.       Full review

      Takeover by Bendigo Bank was quite inefficient for some time. I think they're better these days but I couldn't deposit to ATM for several months which was very frustrating!       Full review
