  The only real major issue I have is that Adelaide Bank does not have an ATM near me, so I have to use an alternative bank and pay a $2.00 fee every time I want cash from my credit card.       Full review

  I like this product as there are very low fees. With a Visa debit card you have the freedom to shop anywhere and the comfort of knowing you can only spend what you have. No debt as with credit cards.       Full review

  The staff are friendly in branch and minimal waiting times.. The phone staff also quite friendly and helpful but waiting times a little extended. Little Flexibility to change the loan terms and the interest rate was on par with most other banks so...       Full review

Little Flexibility to change the loan terms and the interest rate was on par with most other banks so nothing to special to list.   High interest rate, but Good customer Service.

  The customers service is up to date on keeping in touch with our home loan, the interest rate are a bit to high at a rating of 7.9% we are paying just over $2,000 per month, we are going to be glad some day to be dept free.       Full review

  Adelaide Bank are terrible - They have high usage fees, even when I do the majority of my transactions online, charge monthly fee's and charge $40 dishonor fees when other banks have removed all such fees. I am about to leave them after being a lo...       Full review 

  Adelaide Bank are terrible - They have high usage fees, even when I do the majority of my transactions online, charge monthly fee's and charge $40 dishonor fees when other banks have removed all such fees. I am about to leave them after being a loyal customer for over 30 years since they were the Co-op because they refuse to listen to the customers and insist on bleeding money out of me instead of showing some loyalty in return
