  My feedback at this point is based on the service given, response provided and timeframe in which it took to handle and process a personal claim after having a serious car accident last year. My case was handled promptly and with much sensitivity and I was extremely impressed with all aspects of their dealings with me. Considering we only really get to see what we pay for re insurance on days we would rather forget... I was very impressed and would highly recommended the services of Allianz to others.

  Have had two claims with Allianz (no fault of mine) and both times a hire car was waiting at my repairers, the repairer staff were very friendly, aircond lounge, tv, games area for kids and tea and coffee while you wait for quotes etc. And both ti...       Full review 

  Have had two claims with Allianz (no fault of mine) and both times a hire car was waiting at my repairers, the repairer staff were very friendly, aircond lounge, tv, games area for kids and tea and coffee while you wait for quotes etc. And both times my car repairs were a day early. Couldn't ask for more than that. Times like these is when you realise how much we take advantage of having a car at our disposal

  Fortunately I have not needed to access my Insurer for any serious accidents. But when I did make a claim they were very helpful and understanding of the emotions involved and the inconveniences experienced.       Full review

  Allianz insurance is so cost effective. My previous insurer whom I had been with for many years raised the premium up and would not consider dropping it at all! I am current saving $41 per month which is a lot when I moved to Allianz and to top ...       Full review 

  Allianz insurance is so cost effective. My previous insurer whom I had been with for many years raised the premium up and would not consider dropping it at all! I am current saving $41 per month which is a lot when I moved to Allianz and to top it off they also pay for a 12 months assistance - RACV should anything happen to me whilst out driving.   I have been with this insurer for roughly a year and have found the policy to an average contender in the insurance market which isn't bad. Insurance companies and their policy's are tricky decisions to make especially when some, well lets be honest, most are out to screw you when taking out a claim. Customer service or lack of is an issue that i've found when ringing for information on my policy. Allianz are an average insurer and need a lesson in customer service.

  I think Allianz Insurance is a very good Insurance. When we have a claim the staff are very friendly and they do all they can to help. They ring up after to check if we are happy with the results. They try and get our vehicle back as soon as possible. They let you hire a vehicle while we wait for ours to be fixed. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good Insurer.

  I have combined House, Contents and Car Insurance with Allianz. I pay by direct debit monthly. This is excellent as I can budget accordingly. The small number of claims I have made have been dealt with quickly and expertly. Customer Service, mainly via phone, is friendly and courteous.   I like Allianz because they make it easy to contact them and to talk to a REAL person and not a machine, they also offer me the best deal for my situation and not like everyone else - they allowed me to combine my policies and made a monthly direct debit the easy way to pay.   They are friendly per telephone conversations and follow up quickly and efficiently. Not madly expensive - few shortfalls but have known far worse. I did find it very confusing when I had a major accident because of Alliance also being the gover...       Full review

I did find it very confusing when I had a major accident because of Alliance also being the government insurer for third party.
