  I am not all for the fancy Rewards, I believe as a product, I save far more money on the Low Interest Rate so I can pay to fly MYSELF to the moon! Online is easy. Phone contact is easy. Emails and Mail is not overdosed!! Besides... the card is a ...       Full review

  I transferred my balance onto this card because of it's competitive rate and interest lock period - fantastic! I haven't used the card itself but I know that you get 6 months interest free on purchases.       Full review

  I like that I could apply online and got an answer quickly. I have been able to raise and lower my limit as i wanted. Can log on and see my account easily. Good interest rate and lowish annual fee.       Full review

  Aussie is becoming as greedy as the "Big 4" banks. Due to their charging my account the annual card fee, I went overlimit (they set the limit), and I was charged an over limit fee. When queried they said they allow a certain amount over the limit as a customer curtesy. This is not my idea of customer service. BIG BOO TO YOU AUSSIE!!!!

  Despite the Aussie website indicating it would take a few days for a new credit card approval, it took 3 months.   A few years back I signed up for Aussie for a credit card for back up for overseas trip. They initially sent me the wrong one, then the credit card didn't arrive in time for my departure, they arranged for me to pick up from airport the day I was leaving and to my disgust, that didn't happen.. after several phone calls from overseas they expressed the credit card over, only not to bring the pin number, several more phone calls and a week later the pin number was expressed to my motel.. Rude customer service, almost ruined my holiday.. overdue fees are the highest of any insitution. Would never ever recommend

  They really look after the customer and treated me like a human being instead of a number and were so supportive and patient when I hit a bad patch through house sale and floods. It was so nice that they understood and I will always come back to them when I need to and have sent others to them. I have had 4 loans with them so far. They are awesome and I will always endorse them where ever and whenever I can in gratitude. Aussie lenders explain everything and try really hard for you.

  We took out a credit card with Aussie with a limit of a mere $1,500 to help pay for the cost of an overseas holiday. We never failed to make the minimum payment or usually more until we had problems transferring money into the card from Samoa. We missed 2 payments of $75 and I emailed them to advise them of the problem - the decent thing to do. When we returned we were confronted with very nasty letters threatening legal action. When we rang to discuss the matter we were referred to ANZ where an employee told us that unless we paid $2,000 in 24 hours to pay out the card we would be visited by someone who would place red stickers all over our house. How absurd is this? The woman we spoke to was obnoxious, rude and overbearing, all for 2 grand. I will never use or recommend any Aussie or ANZ products again. This treatment is barbaric
