  BCU used to be small and very good but over the years and with growth they are more impersonal. They use Westpac as their backing bank and to get money out of a Westpac ATM cost $5 which is outrageous.       Full review

  I changed to the BCU 25 years ago ,I am a paidup shareholder in this bank. From day one they assisted us through any financial crisis we had. This bank is real, real people who understand and listen and want to help you move ahead. They look after...       Full review 

  I changed to the BCU 25 years ago ,I am a paidup shareholder in this bank. From day one they assisted us through any financial crisis we had. This bank is real, real people who understand and listen and want to help you move ahead. They look after the little people as well. Over the years they have improved their services and are available in most locations. They do have a limited range of services compared to the big institutions but are actively improving these services constantly.
