  BCU has been my main financial institution for over 12 years, in that time I've had 3 or more personal loans & found the rates, options & moreover, their personal service & advice outstanding. As a pensioner, it is most times an extremely hard thing to procure a loan, especially an unsecured personal loan, banks don't usually give people like me a second look, but with BCU, they continue to provide valuable financial services to the local community, & I have no problem in recommending them for ANY financial loan, they're a money institution I know I can depend on.

  THe 'no charges' account I believed I had for a Disability Pension recipient is TOTALLY misleading & with dishonour charges of $30 per attempt for personel budgeting of inhouse payments they could at least consider your previous pattern & allow a margin of good faith when an unavoidable error out of your control by centrelink that then results in late payment fees to the customers whom are least able to afford it (BCU notified prior of circumstance)

  If you need to break your fixed term early the rate at which they are permitted to re-evaluate it is criminal, think Ned Kelly in official capacity; highway robbery... - the banks aren't permitted to use such a low interest rate recalculation. Yet...       Full review
