      We have been with this credit union for over 45 years, have always found them to be good at what they provide,they were only started with a few members,& have grown to be so competive with banks, perhaps even so much better, we have had over the years several loans with them,a nd can rely on them to be there for the customers, courtesy, and so easy to talk to maybe the banks should take a leaf out of their books and treat customers with care, courtesy etc, and not always think of profit them their own well being.

They charge you $6 a month for nothing; have the poorest customer service I have come across and treat you like you owe them for having your money in their bank. I have had enough and I'm not going to take it anymore, I'm leaving, goodbye and good riddance!

      I dislike this product as I am a Disabled Pensioner & the meagre amount I put in is gobbled up with monthly fees - they get their piece of the action. I have just moved in the last 18 months over 1,000k's & the Credit Union i was using had no monthly fees - obviously a higher functioning credit union than the new one i'm with. The monthly fees are not liked by a lot of it's customers & we are thinking of walking - seriously.

      The staff are very friendly, plus they go out of their way to help. Plus they open real bank hours 9 to 5 monday to friday, also apen sturday mornings just to help people who can't go there during the week.       Full review
