  St George were great and rebadging to the Bank of Melbourne in Victoria is a marketing gimmick but it doesn't change the fact that for customer service and ease of banking both in store and online it's the easiest and best institution to deal with.       Full review

  I have never had any complaints with this bank, not when they were St. George, or now. They have always been helpful and courteous the staff have always explained matters to me fully, so that I have understood what they are doing on my behalf.       Full review

  They have amazing customer service, friendly, knowledgable, lots of branches, good opening hours over the phone - I have absolutely no complaints at all.       Full review

  They charge $5 fee monthly for keeping my money and making a profit investing it elsewhere. I do not get a share of the investment on my money.       Full review
