      The QRewards program that is part of the BOQ Visa is fantastic, I claim cash back to my Visa card monthly. It's accepted everywhere being a Visa card. I can see my transactions via the internet anytime. Payments from my BOQ account to my Visa via the internet are instant. My card has a classic look to it and I often get comments on it.

      Easy to use, money is available in Autralia and overseas. Can use instead of cash. If you pay off before the end of the month you are not charged interest. Only downside is the annual fee.       Full review

      They have hidden fees, that if you do a certain type of direct payments, there is an enormous charge. If you withdraw money from the credit card, you are charged interest from day one.       Full review

      I have chosen a direct debit payable on the due date which suites my needs. Therefore I never pay interest on my credit card. That way I can then choose a credit card that has the most rewarding points system.       Full review

      They are up to date on new products involving the customer and the staff are very curtious. They continue to keep me up to date on my account and inform me of new accounts relevant to me they would be a bank I would recommend to my friends.       Full review

      I was promised the world by the initial customer service lady, and she convinced me to sign up. When I received my credit card, the credit dept told me that I would receive a credit limit 1/4 of what I was promised, and less than my current credit...       Full review 

      I was promised the world by the initial customer service lady, and she convinced me to sign up. When I received my credit card, the credit dept told me that I would receive a credit limit 1/4 of what I was promised, and less than my current credit card. I told them to bash it, but they said that it was already on its way, and when it came, just to get the card cancelled. I did this, and a year later, I received an annual fee statement for a card I'd never activated. I took it back to the same person who had cancelled it for me a year previous, and she cancelled it for me again. I said to her, "Are we going to have the same conversation in a year's time?", and she assured me no. Guess what? Another year gone, and another annual fee statement comes! This time, I rang the head office and explained my distress. Finally something was done, and I have since received two notes telling me that the account was now closed, the account which, as far as I was concerned, was never opened in the first place!

      Bank Of Queensland is awesome and fun. The rewards you get for the money you spend you get back 10 fold! The best thing is no more travel insurance excess have a platinum card and you get extra warranty on your purchase. Visa preferred gets you the best seats in the house even if it may be sold out! The phone banking people are friendly and can solve any problem the staff at the bank are friendly and efficient and are able to secure loans very easily! ATM's are getting more and more easy to find they are popping up every where!

      The credit card I have with the Bank of Qeensland is the best I have had. They will immediatly inform me if they see unusual activity on your card. They will let you know when there are going to increses in fees and charges nad they will offer you and alternate credet card that has best on offer fees and charges which has just happened and I cannot be happier. The rewards points that are offerd on every purchase is great and before I know it I have enough points to buy a gift without costing me any money. So I use my credit for most purchases but on one condition, the amount owing on the card is payed back in full by the due date. I use my credit card to the full advantage of borrowing money without interest for a month before I have to pay it back and I can get a gift down the track. How good is that!
