It is convenient to use and we have had no issues with the monthly statements. However, I think a credit card should have pricing that is rated to the usage. If you only use it in emergencies or rarely I think your charges should be less than those that use it frequently as we are not using the banks money as much.

Mainly because of the PERSONAL service you get...you are not just a customer...they make you feel like you are THE customer.
I can only speak for Burleigh branch, and they are all beyond reproach, and very friendly and manager is on 1st name basis.. and THAT is worth a LOT.

They tell me that there would be a charge for getting cash out, but then when the statement comes in each month there is the charge that they said would once of and each month it is there again.
We changed our address over a month ago and still mail is address to the old address.

I asked for a visa debit card which means I must have money in the bank at all times if I want to use the card. I only have to pay $1 extra per month to have the card and it means I'm never in debt in comparison to a normal credit card. I did have issues when my last card went missing and someone used it. The bank did not follow it up despite that I had come in to fill out paperwork to have it looked into.

They send their collections information to India and I don't like being called repeatedly if I go over the limit. I intend to discontinue the cards once I have payed them out because of this procedure.

The bank is so convenient for me and my main operating accounts are with them so it is just so convenient to be able to transfer funds to the credit card when i need to ... but the interest rate sucks big time in comparison to the new gen credit cards on the market. The rewards program is ok and easy to redeem. I just wish their interest rate was a lot better than it is.

I opened my account with BOQ in 2006 and since then my Branch Manager and the staff have been the most helpful and efficient Bankers I've dealt with. All branches are small and very much customer oriented. Well done BOQ

Not impressed with online credit card statements. You can't see the whole statement period beyond the current month. This differs immediately once the balance is zero and then you can view the whole year. By avoiding displaying periods beyond one month you can't see the interest being charged. Very deceiving and enough to ensure I don't recommend their product.
