Not impressed with online credit card statements. You can't see the whole statement period beyond the current month. This differs immediately once the balance is zero and then you can view the whole year. By avoiding displaying periods beyond one month you can't see the interest being charged. Whilst the Bank Manager at BoQ was terrific and much like the advertisement on TV described... getting more money on my credit card was impossible unless I had paid it all off which is why I left. I only had a small amount owing and really needed them to help me out.
