      I like the product because it broke my addiction to credit and store cards.Using a debit card makes me feel more in control but I still have the freedom of being a bit naughty with an overdraft...I love my little BoQ card!       Full review

Information about local banking and access to finances while overseas is readily available. meeting with the bank manager have been cordial and friendly.

      Have been a customer for more than 5 years, have always found exceptional service (local is the West End Branch), in branch and with contact center. I use a variety of their products - loans, EFTPOS Merchant, general banking and although in some areas they are not as competitive as the Big 4 the customer service in my mind makes up for this. Bank of Queensland is ingenious and quick to respond to any queries, that is until I transferred to Perth and have had abysmal The Owner/ Manager does not return calls, is dishonest and generally slack. You cannot escalate the issues as they own their own business and have purchased a franchise under this banks name. Extremely disappointing and annoying. I would recommend for all Queensland and Victoria customers bur not for Western Australia as service is primitive and although ATMS are found in most major shopping centers, there is a serious lack of street-based ones easily found at a persons convenience.

      The Debit Card allows us to seem to be using Visa when we are really using our own account and money. With visa we were paying $55 per year for the service which we always kept in credit and with Debit we pay $2 per month without any worry of defa...       Full review 

      The Debit Card allows us to seem to be using Visa when we are really using our own account and money. With visa we were paying $55 per year for the service which we always kept in credit and with Debit we pay $2 per month without any worry of defaulting. For older people this is a great help when keeping finanical records straight.

      This really is the best card, I only get charged $1 fee and i have the advantages of a credit card without the stress of repaying anything cause its all my own money. NO BILLS NO OVER SPENDING, for a pensioner thats AWESOME!!       Full review

      I've continuously had my account skimmed by a foreign account and my bank told me in writing there is nothing i can do to stop them... this is fraud within my own bank and the bank gives me no support, only telling me i have to keep allowing this ...       Full review

Bank of Queensland are run by individual owners this is why they will fall hard when my case enters the courts and uncovers the scammers. No faith in my bank of queensland nor the people that work there ...

      While BOQ is extremely convenient - ATMS are numerous and there are many branch's, the fees are terrible! account keeping fees, other ATM withdrawal fees & internet banking fees. Very disappointing to an otherwise very user friendly bank.       Full review

My local branch is run by quite an annoying woman, who doesn't make these things easier.
