      I dislike the B0Q because they advertise as having 'local branch managers' but they rarely do anything without approval from head office. A recent loan took 2 weeks to approve, when other leading banks can do it within 24 hrs.       Full review

      Home loans - they do not offer the best rate and deals. Although they are very friendly at customer serivice. But I guess they have to be as there is not many BOQ ATM's.       Full review

      I didn't choose the BOQ it came about through merges - not enough branches - can't use debit card with them overseas - so had to use another bank who were extemely helpful. Branch need sprucing up it is looking tired and unloved. So therefore do...       Full review

Everytime I call to organise or change something they accommodate me. *Thankyou BOQ, Branch Belconnen! I still get top notch customer service even though I am in a different state.

      You want to be aware of the fine print, if you are late with payments they just take them out of your wage without any notification whatsoever. Doesn't matter if you have been a very good loyal customer over the years it makes no difference to them.       Full review

      The interest rate on our loan continues to rise on a regular basis (maybe not the bank's fault) but nevertheless annoying. On the positive once signed up you payment is automatically deducted from your nominated account without a problem.       Full review
