      BOQ always leads the other financial institutions and it is so easy to compare the interest rates on their websites. Their 'specials' are always highlighted and can be ordered ahead when renewing a term without having to visit the branch.       Full review

      I have banked with them for about 10 years now and because they have most of my accounts etc, it's easier to stay with them then to change banks. I don't think they do anything too fantastic, just stay pretty much in line with the other BIG 4 banks.       Full review

      I have been using BOQ term deposits for a number of years and rate them highly for their high interest rates and flexible term deposit options. Having efficient direct access to the local staff face to face, over the phone and via email and feeling they know me is a real plus. They contact me when something potentially useful becomes available. The only downside is not having internet access to fixed term deposit accounts along with my other accounts.
