  We have set up a direct debit so the card is paid off each month. I like BankSA's website, makes managing finance easier. I have found BankSA good to work with.   With the deal struck with Westpac, access has improved greatly with free transactions over the entire BankSA, St George and Westpac network so it's easy to find an ATM.   The rate of the credit card is competitive, however the customer service is terrible. I also do not like the fact that BankSA has gone off shore with their credit card department. I have constantly had trouble due to the incompetency of their staff to properly record all details and the breakdown in communication is more than frustrating.
