Was worried when Commbank bought them, but so far so good... Time will tell if they will drop their service and/or increase their fees... 100% offset, free redraw, lots of ATMs (CBA ATMs are free to use) friendly staff, even better they are now opening more local stores. I like the ultra lite home loan interest rate for mortgage. They are slightly lower than the 4 major banks. I dislike that they try to discourage us paying off our mortgage earlier than 30 years.
