  I have been a Bankwest customer for years. This credit card was the best for me after talking with staff. As long as you are aware of how it works and the penalties for overdue payments, you can make it work for you.       Full review

  They allowed us to go over the limit by more than $700!! - massive con. Pro - good for a balance transfer especially if you can pay it off in the initial period. Would not recommend as an ongoing credit card as it has no rewards programs ie if yo...       Full review

Would not recommend as an ongoing credit card as it has no rewards programs ie if you are going to spend and pay each month better to get a rewards card - this one is one of the best for balance transfers just dont reply on it declining at the checkout if you are over the limit.

  My bankwest Platinum Zero fee Mastercard is fabulous- no annual fee (the banks make enough profits each year)and I pay my monthly closing balance each month by direct debit - EASY, So I just use it & forget - mind you I make sure there is enough in my savings account to pay for it.   I dislike my creditcard as I am paying alot of interest on it all because of a cash withdrawal. I was unaware of the fees they charge for cash withdrawals & now have to pay high interest until all paid off!!! It's going to take years :(       Full review

I can tell you now, the service was outstanding, beyond excellent..from applying online to visiting the branch to signing the paperwork.There was no hype, overselling, pressure, just excellent customer service from start to finish. Other institutions should be envious of this bank's customer service.There credit card rate is the best on-going, they have a low introductory rate, a cash back scheme and more..I would reccomend the bank and the card to anyone who wants great customer service and a great credit card.
