  Bankwest were a real player years ago with good interest rates on their savings accounts however since being bought out by Commonwealth Bank are no longer worth mentioning when it comes to their savings accounts.       Full review

  I have been with Bankwest for a few years now and I must say that that's my favourite bank. They keep their promises, they're sustainable, honest, and they have great interest rates and no fees. I would recommend them to everybody.       Full review

  When travelling interstate, we remained loyal to Bankwest even though there were no facilities in the eastern states such as BankWest ATM's or branches etc, therefore we were being charged additional fees to use other banks ATM's. However we remained loyal to Bankwest even though we were paying a large amount of transaction fees. But when we wanted to get a small personal loan through them, it was an extremely difficult task and they would not provide any additional support in sending us the paperwork to sign and their customer service gave us the run around, therefore we closed our accounts and opened new ones with Commonwealth who have been fantastic to this day, and we now have several different accounts and have had numerous loans with Commonwealth.

  Highest kids saving account interest rate we could find. Amazing in branch personal service. My son loves going to the branch. Just remember that you have to deposit $25 minimum a month to recieve the amazing interest rate.       Full review

  Bankwest staff were willing to discuss better interest rates with me than my former bank (or any other bank for that matter) was able to when I was wanting to look at investing thousands of dollars in term deposits. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly making every effort to find the best situation for my investments.   This has been an easy going savings account with some bonus extras that made choosing this bank well worthwhile. I love being able to use the Debit Mastercard with my savings account. They also set up our internet banking and linked everything between my Husband and I.
