  I have been dealing with the Bendigo Bank for many, many years. I would not consider changing. Their work ethic, customer service, community involvement, unique way of banking and the services they provide/offer are excellent.       Full review

  Whenever I have needed assistance, it is always readily available. When I had a problem with my card being skimmed, it was fixed immediately and I was contacted asap and the follow up was wonderful. As a result I lost nothing, I was assisted to ...       Full review

When I had a problem with my card being skimmed, it was fixed immediately and I was contacted asap and the follow up was wonderful. As a result I lost nothing, I was assisted to obtain funds during the period that my card was being replaced. Could ask for nothing more.

  As far as banks go, Bendigo bank is very customer driven. Good service and reasonable rates. The charges are a little steep but I am very pleased with their overall performance.       Full review

  It has options for kids, teens and adults which makes it great for the whole family. I know all banks have this this but the set out of Bendigo is very good. They are always helpful even if you are frustrated, They care and are always offering to help if you look a little lost. Those are the pros and cons.   This is the only card I have found that give you the same low interest for perches and for cash advance and the interest is LOW all the time not just for 6 or 12 mouths Take a look at Bendigo Black CC       Full review

  I have 2 Bendigo Bank Credit Cards: Basic Black Mastercard and RSPCA Visa Card with Rewards. Basic Black Mastercard: Is what the name suggests, it's basic. It has a low rate of around 10%, no fees monthly or yearly, interest is calculated monthly. Excellent back up credit card. RSPCA Visa: An amazing card. Monthly fee of $3 is a 100% donation to the RSPCA. At the end of FY you get the Tax Invoice to claim those monthly donations on tax. I have the rewards program which I believe has a tiny yearly fee. There are better rewards programs out there sure, but Bendigo recently revamped their rewards system, making it available online which is excellent. I have been with the Bank for 10 years. Besides the 2 credit cards, also have 2 daily transactions account, a savings account and home loan with them and have never, ever had an issue. We always get wonderful help from the staff and managers and quite simply I can confidently say I will never switch banks.

  I have found the staff extremely pleasant and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Problems rarely occur. If any arise, they are dealt with by the staff with a minimum of fuss.       Full review

  I only missed 1 payment, which was due to the Black Saturday Fires, I paid $1,000 the very next month, my monthly minimum payment was only $120, but I was served with a Summons, even though I had contacted the Bank to advise of my issue. I ha...       Full review 

  I only missed 1 payment, which was due to the Black Saturday Fires, I paid $1,000 the very next month, my monthly minimum payment was only $120, but I was served with a Summons, even though I had contacted the Bank to advise of my issue. I had never missed a payment ever before, and even though I paid the Credit Card off in full, the bank went ahead after this, and sued me in the Magistrates Court.   The Bendigo Bank is a 'local' bank that serves the community. Their customer service is excellent and staff are approachable, helpful and treat you as a 'friend/neighbour'.   The yearly charge is minimal, the rewards are varied and you can earn points very easily When we went overseas even in China the card was readily accepted and we could access money from ATMs over there with ease. I Love Bendigo Bank       Full review

  I try not to use my credit card but emergencies do happen. I don't think that banks should charge a yearly fee when they recoup so much money from interest charged on these types of cards.       Full review

  I have been to many banks over the past 30 years but honestly the Bendigo is the BEST. Their credit card options are great the best option is of course the interest rates.
