      Have just moved from a rural area and needed a new bank. Staff were helpful to my partner and willing to accomodate that I worked away a lot so my partner had to do all the banking. You just cant beat customer service which is never normally a ban...       Full review

      My bank (Bendigo Collie WA Branch) has great customer service. You get treated like a person not just another customer. They clearly set out the terms and they answered all my questions. My rates on both my accounts are clear and fair. I even get some of my fees back. I can access my bank 6days a week or use the ATM 7 days a week. I have never been caught out and found both my bank and their ATM is closed, not like some other banks.

      Bendigo Bank debit cards are not able to be used when you need phone credit. All other banks seem to work but Bendigo's debit cards are not recognised and I think it needs to be looked at seriously.       Full review

      At a time when all the big banks were charging monthly account-keeping fees, Bendigo was (and still is) making it easy to get total rebates from these fees, they open on Saturday mornings, support the community and my branch has great staff. They did their very best to help me when some money I transferred to another bank went missing. The online banking is great. However if you don't live in Victoria it isn't always easy to find an ATM.

      I love the features of this product, it is exactly what I need but it is always hard to find a product that is within my budget. This product went over my budget a bit but compared to a loan I was looking at from westpac which was less but didn't have nearly as many features. It is hard to avoid poor customer service because it is hard to know how the people will work from just an interview but I found the service quite poor because I was stuck on hold for hours and I just found that I could do so many other things with my time other than that. I also had a very pushy teller who only wanted me to spend more money and all I wanted to was find the loan that suited my needs. The convenience of the website was one of the main appeals of this bank. I like the way it connects you to everything, I often get lost in cyberspace due to all of the links that keep popping up and I get to find out so much more. I feel that I can trust this bank but when I get service like that, it always makes me think twice. I probably won't reccomend this product to my mother because i felt it was more phone and website orientated and she isn't very tech smart and prefers to talk to people one on one so it would be inconvenient if she just wanted to check the little simple things that should be done on the website. Overall I did like this product.

For so long we were without a bank until the Bendigo opened up, the staff are friendly and it is great to bank in the same town as other banks are located at least 1/2 hour away.
