  Well...I think the bank should not take monthly fees from the people that are trying to save, the service is ok but could be better. Think they could be a bit more flexible with overdrawn fees too...sometimes you think you have enough money in to ...       Full review 

  Well...I think the bank should not take monthly fees from the people that are trying to save, the service is ok but could be better. Think they could be a bit more flexible with overdrawn fees too...sometimes you think you have enough money in to cover things until they take their fees that topple it so that it's in the red.

  i moved interstate and there is no branch or atm for bendigo bank for hundreds ok km near me, i asked if they could do something about my fees because they dont provide me with the service i need.. they said no and did nothing to help.... i cant t...       Full review

  I have banked with the Bendigo Bank for the past 15 years, & have always had the same account. The fees & charges are minimal, with reasonable interest. The Branches & ATM's are very easily accessible, and their customer service is second to none....       Full review

The Branches & ATM's are very easily accessible, and their customer service is second to none.   The Bendigo bank tries to keep fees to a minimum and they do try to help you where they can. They could do with more ATMs as this is the only real downside to banking here compared with the other banks.       Full review

  This is a pretty standard Savings account however I don't get the "small bank" attention I thought I would. Support has been good although somewhat robotic and the bank didn't really listen to my circumstances or discuss their banking decision wit...       Full review 

  This is a pretty standard Savings account however I don't get the "small bank" attention I thought I would. Support has been good although somewhat robotic and the bank didn't really listen to my circumstances or discuss their banking decision with me. It also very difficult to find a ATM which doesn't cost an extra $2.00 for each use. Also advised my mum of an elderly home owners option they have and they didn't help her even though she seemingly met the brochure's requirements.

  Bendigo bank looks after not only those with a lot of money but those who are the lower income earners, treating everyone equally. I am on a pension and still get the respect from Bendigo that I deserve. They always contact me if there is any issu...       Full review 

  Bendigo bank looks after not only those with a lot of money but those who are the lower income earners, treating everyone equally. I am on a pension and still get the respect from Bendigo that I deserve. They always contact me if there is any issue at all and have had regular contact with the branch manager, always happy to help me with anything to do with my account!! I completely trust them and with a baby on the way, it is good to feel secure with the institution i bank with.
