  Very good home loan, including a 100% offset account, no ongoing charges, better than bank published rates (sometimes not as good as premium rates). Rates sometimes are not as good as some local credit unions. Would be good if there was occasional...       Full review 

  Very good home loan, including a 100% offset account, no ongoing charges, better than bank published rates (sometimes not as good as premium rates). Rates sometimes are not as good as some local credit unions. Would be good if there was occasional access to a local branch (Eg via an arrangement with a local credit union)

  They know who we are and I know they have our best interest in mind. It is hard for anyone to get to because it is on a BP refinery site, but that's why they know most of the people.       Full review

  The product (my home loan) would be comparable to most other financial institutions but what makes 'the product' better for me is how it has been facilitated. Big Sky were and still are very available to answer any question, make me feel at ease ...       Full review 

  The product (my home loan) would be comparable to most other financial institutions but what makes 'the product' better for me is how it has been facilitated. Big Sky were and still are very available to answer any question, make me feel at ease no matter how trivial my concern maybe and the end result is my concerns or questions are fully satisfied always.
