10CUA is just a good product with nothing hidden (there are a lot of big banks out there just to get your money and make as much as they can however they can and not worry about you as the customer) so its good for me. Low costs to run my account and low interest rate credit card. – bralen from Victoria, a CUA bank account customer. Reviewed 2 months ago

8Dislike the lack of ATM's. Having to pay $2 to use someone else's ATM is a bit of a drag. Would be good if there were more CUA ones. I like the VISA Debit card that's available with their savings account, and their online banking is pretty good too. – Alanna from New South Wales, a CUA bank account customer. Reviewed 2 months ago

10They still have an overdrawn fee, which is slightly excessive, but their customer service beats any of the big 4 banks, and they have more branches, with more staff in the peak times. – Chris from Queensland, a CUA bank account customer. Reviewed 3 months ago

2The fees are insanely high. So much of my hard-earned money is being eaten up in fees and I'm so sick and tired of it. I know there's other banks out there that have little or no fees and I am planning to change banks. – Leisa from Queensland, a CUA bank account customer. Reviewed 3 months ago

5CUA i find are a friendly bank and i never feel like I'm dealing with a "Big Bank", but their EFT and account fees are through the roof if you go over their free limit! And lets face it, you will go over, especially times like Christmas and nobody wants to pay over $10 in fees a month! – Laura from Queensland, a CUA bank account customer. Reviewed 3 months ago

7I dislike that I can only now have 2 cash withdrawals a month before I am charged (it used to be 4 withdrawals a month). I like that they now have put around more redi ATMs & they have a debit visa card attached to account. – Andrea from New South Wales, a CUA bank account customer. Reviewed 3 months ago
