      Never had any troubles or disputes with CUA for decades even before the original credit union changed it's name to CUA, always helpful and courteous and we know where we stand.       Full review

      Went with CUA because the interest rate is the lowest on the market and no fees. However, customer service sucks. They send me a text message telling me to ring them instead of just calling me. After sending in all my docs they now inform me ...       Full review 

      Went with CUA because the interest rate is the lowest on the market and no fees. However, customer service sucks. They send me a text message telling me to ring them instead of just calling me. After sending in all my docs they now inform me that I have to become a member by opening a transaction account which I don't want. I was not told about this until after I'd sent them all my info. Also informed that you cannot become a member by posting an application, you have to go into a branch. I have to go back to a branch to sign loan docs as well because they refuse to post them. Can never speak to the person "managing" my loan application, always speak to a different random everytime. But, I guess thems the brakes when they don't charge any fees.

      Because of my age, the bank I usually bank with chose not to give me a loan. I went to CUA and they gave me a loan so now I bank with them. Thank you CUA.       Full review

      The bank manager could see I didn't fully understand how it would work to bundle my car loan with my line of credit mortgage, so I handed it over to him to take care of. Trust in the bank manager to choose the best outcome for me is a priority.       Full review

      One quick phone call and I knew within minutes if my car loan was approved. All of my questions were answered promptly and professionally by the customer service representative. Then it was a matter of going in and reading and signing standard for...       Full review 

      One quick phone call and I knew within minutes if my car loan was approved. All of my questions were answered promptly and professionally by the customer service representative. Then it was a matter of going in and reading and signing standard forms at my convenience. Rates were good and payment options were flexible. I also received a discount on my car insurance, with quote offered by Plenty Credit Union being cheaper than any other online/insurance company direct quotes. I highly recommend them.
