      The interest rates are great, however when you want to make a payment you need to do it the way they want otherwise you incur an additional charge depending on how you make the payment. This really stinks and is a deterrent with their Master Card ...       Full review

      I am dissapointed that CUA have closed my local branch in the suburbs of Melbourne. I moved from Qld where there were branches everywhere. So I now have no branch close to me. If I have a problem I have to wait till I go back to Qld to see family ...       Full review

      I have been with CUA for a number of years now and with minimum fuss, which is just how I like it. When I ring there is a wait but minimum. The only thing I detest and it is with any bank are the monthly charges. Do they not make money while my money is with them? They should feel honoured that I have choose them as with any other customers. Get rid of all the charges that they frame as administrative, the annual turn overs always reiterate how much they are making. Every bank should celebrate their customers.

      I have been with this provider from when it was called Bentmore Credit Union - nearly 20 years and I have never had a problem with the service. I have found the interest rates, fees and charges always reasonable. The customer support and assistance is reliable and trustworthy, plus I have recommended this product to family and friends.

      We have gold MasterCards and are very happy with them. We use them to pay for absolutely everything and simply pay it off at the end of the month. All the money spent earns us points which we redeem in fuel vouchers. We live in the outback and ha...       Full review 

      We have gold MasterCards and are very happy with them. We use them to pay for absolutely everything and simply pay it off at the end of the month. All the money spent earns us points which we redeem in fuel vouchers. We live in the outback and have a 120klm round trip for groceries and with diesel prices at $1.60+ per llitre, every little bit helps! We use Internet banking as we have no access to any real bank and find the CUA system for all our accounts including the MasterCard to be very user friendly. We have recently contacted CUA to have my hubby's card replaced as the little chip in it stopped working and he found them to be very friendly and eager to help. We've been with CUA since it was the old Telecom Credit Union and we won't be changing anytime soon.

The rest of CUA is a 10/10 but this is 0/10. Brings them down. I have gone with another provider for my credit card which means I am more exposed to their products which is a greater threat to CUA.
