      I love this product, due to it being so quick and easy to pay for something. If you are not quite sure how much money you have, it's just a click of a button (online) to show you what you have. The ATM that I use has no charge. I don't have to insert my card and the machine takes it, which i think is comforting (cause of the feeling thinking it might not come back).

      Absolutely love CUA. I have been a customer with them for about 12 years and I have not once had an issue with them. Each time I have had to call, I have been spoken to with respect and they helped in every situation I came across with my banking, which weren't many. They provided the best rate and service on a car loan for my parter. As I was a member they helped him apply and become a member extremely fast. Highly recommend CUA for all banking needs. Their Website and online banking is the best by far to access and use.

      No more credit cards, both my husband and myself are pensioners so what we have, we can spend and do not get into any difficulties in having to repay credit cards. Both personal and phone service is fantastic. I have already recommended this credit union to family and friends and will continue to do so. With CUA we are a person, not just an account number on their membership list.

      I have been with the CUA for 23 years. I have been through 4 name changes and 3 BSB changes, but it is still the best financial institution. I went to them because the bank charges were horrendous, and the CUA does not charge like wounded bulls.       Full review

      I have had 3 personal loans with CUA over the last 15 years and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also have a Visa debit card with CUA, and for one very low monthly fee I can use my card as many times as I want, with no extra charges. ...       Full review 

      I have had 3 personal loans with CUA over the last 15 years and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also have a Visa debit card with CUA, and for one very low monthly fee I can use my card as many times as I want, with no extra charges. I can take money out anywhere, any supermarket, or ATM. I also have the extra convenience of having a cheque book linked to my account. Overall I have no hesitation in recommending CUA to anyone wanting excellent customer service, and a proven, trustworthy company, with very competitive fees.

      I have been using the Debit card from CUA for several years now and I am appalled at the fees which are ever increasing. I only have a set amount of withdrawals I can do per month (to access my own money). I do not believe there should be a limit ...       Full review 

      I have been using the Debit card from CUA for several years now and I am appalled at the fees which are ever increasing. I only have a set amount of withdrawals I can do per month (to access my own money). I do not believe there should be a limit set on how many transactions I do before I get penalised. If you are trying to get away from paying the fees for using ATM's you are in for a shock as CUA only have limited ATM's. I am constantly paying $2 or even up to $2.50 because I cannot find a CUA ATM.

      I've been with CUA for almost 14 years and never had any problem with them. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They don't charge monthly account keeping fees, taking out a personal loan is fast and hassle free... I would recommend them to anyone...       Full review

They don't charge monthly account keeping fees, taking out a personal loan is fast and hassle free... I would recommend them to anyone, and I do too, when someone asks for my opinion. The only inconvenience is they don't have many branches but I would still rather travel further then changing banks.

      Although CUA used to be a great Credit Union who cared about the needs of their customers, they seem to be more concerned with making money these days. Although the customer service is great, and the staff are always friendly and helpful, it is not always easy to find a branch and the limitations on 'free' usage of my cards before they start charging for transactions were not satisfactory. Although I still hold an accoutn with CUA, I have joined another bank and use the other bank for all of my banking needs at this time.
