Great product and customer service. The only minor downside is there aren't as many branches (if you need to discuss one on one), I will say you can do all your deposits through any auspost outlet. CUA approved my loan in 4 days! Went to 2 big banks and went 6 weeks with no approval, upon explaining my needs after seeing the TV ad they said give them a few days to asses and it was approved, easy and hassle free, and manager rang me every day to let me know where it was up to. It was also 0.50 % cheaper than the banks. There is no branch in my town but with web banking we just transfer funds in and out as we need, easy as. They have competitive interest rates, great redraw facility and excellent customer service.
