      Always efficient at notifying you well in advance of when my term deposit is getting close to rollover and advising me of any chsnges to the rates of interest that may affect me. They also are prompt in forwarding to me my term deposit certificate. Their approach is always geared around what I want, however I am always open to any alternatives or alterations they may suggest. Finally, I always feel secure in my dealings with phone or over the counter with staff.

      In general CUA are excellent and 90% of the time have the best saving rates for Term Deposits and eSaver accounts. Pros - have been able to negotiate a better Term Deposit rate to avoid moving. Cons - As with the other institutions I hate it when ...       Full review 

      In general CUA are excellent and 90% of the time have the best saving rates for Term Deposits and eSaver accounts. Pros - have been able to negotiate a better Term Deposit rate to avoid moving. Cons - As with the other institutions I hate it when they offer better rates to new money over that they offer to Loyal Long term customers; so I play their game, some of my money does move around for the fickleness rewards and then moves on after the "bait" period expires.

      I am able to invest as little as $1000- at a time. Their interest rates are very competitive and most often being better than the Big Banks. They give sufficient notice of when the deposit is due to mature, including current interest rates and terms, enabling me plenty of time to provide them with my decision to re-invest or not.

      This product was too easily accessed and the rates were not competitive. Originally things looked good but in actual fact it was not. Partly our own fault as well. But at the time there weren't enough good competitors.       Full review
