      I have the Citibank, plus account. The account has no fees what so ever which is great as I use this card to travel with. It's a super account because I can withdraw money out from ATMs overseas or pay with credit and I don't get charged with any conversion, transaction or monthly fees. It's simply an account to keep my money in and take it out when I need it. It has VISA capabilities, so I can use it all over the world. There is no interest rate on this account which is the disadvantage, but I love it to just keep a small amount of money in for my travels. I really LOVE this account and have recommended it to all my friends who want to travel!. There really is no better card to travel with!

      There are no banks around which makes it hard if you need to go to the bank to get more money out and they will not increase the amount you can get out with your key card over the phone. When you call them it is hard to understand them as they are...       Full review 

      There are no banks around which makes it hard if you need to go to the bank to get more money out and they will not increase the amount you can get out with your key card over the phone. When you call them it is hard to understand them as they are all from overseas with accents. They are not very competitive with the rates and interest either.

      The everyday transaction account has no fees and you do not have to have a minimum amount deposited into your account each month. If you are unable to locate a Citibank ATM, they have an agreement with Westpac where you can withdraw cash from any of their ATM's without being charged a fee. The call centre staff are incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. You receive a Visa debit card and a cheque book when you open the account. I am very happy with Citibank and would highly recommend them.
