      We had a personal loan with them that had accident insurance. My husband had a bad accident and was permanently left with a disability and we had to fight with them to get them to accept the claim.       Full review

      The customer service is terrible. They harrass you but dont look after your needs. They tell you different information each time you ring. I would never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone.       Full review

      They have call centre customer service and you are waiting on the phone why they transfer and tranfer and so on. They also lost a $3500.00 pay out cheque that took six months to find out what happened. mean while i had to pay injterest on another ...       Full review

Iwould not recomend this company to anyone. It may of been easier if they had a branch to walk into and sort out problems .

      If you are on a pension or want a check to clear. I will always take an extra day than local banks. My pension gets paid in on Thursday but I can not depend on it being there till Friday.       Full review

      The low interest rate is attractive, but beware of the terms as it was applied to the begainning only, then the interest rate was almost the same as other banks.       Full review

      We had financial difficulties and although they assisted us after begging and filling in mountains of paper work they would still charge us late fees which would put us over the credit limit and then they would charge us for being over the credit ...       Full review 

      We had financial difficulties and although they assisted us after begging and filling in mountains of paper work they would still charge us late fees which would put us over the credit limit and then they would charge us for being over the credit limit. Although we always tried to make payments or arrangements they were inflexible and hounded us constantly to the point of despair.

      Citibank has very high fees and charges and interest rates, I would never use them again once I get rid of this loan. Everyone you speak to at the bank has very poor english.       Full review
