I transferred my credit card balance to avail of the low interest rate, as their add says "save 1000's of dollars". When the rate changes after 6 months it jumps to 21% so any money you did save will be cancelled out. They hassle you unrelentingly should you be late, calling me on my mobile at work at lunchtime, I'm a chef so this is very inconvenient, if I don't answer they call my work. I have asked them to stop but to no avail. I will be changing providers as soon as possible.

Incredibly this is one bank that doesn't charge any monthly admin fees to use this product and there are no minimum amounts required to deposit each month in order to qualify. We get a debit card for on-the-road although the same can't be said ... Full review
Incredibly this is one bank that doesn't charge any monthly admin fees to use this product and there are no minimum amounts required to deposit each month in order to qualify. We get a debit card for on-the-road although the same can't be said with ATM's as we get hit with fees for accessing those. Overall it's a great product and has saved us thousands in monthly admin fees so no complaints really. One aspect of the product usage that people who are heavy online transaction users should be aware of, is their login process. It can be irritating to have to click in your username/pass rather than type it in, but if you're security conscious this will be right up your alley. For me, it's a small irritation that's worth not paying admin fees!
