      We have found comminsure to be fast and efficient when dealing with claims, we may pay more than some other policies but I would not change to a cheaper insurer, We have no complaints for car or contents insurance. We recommend others look into...       Full review

We recommend others look into comminsure as well. They may cost a bit more but worth it, on the phone they will answer any question and help with your policy choice.

      Had a car accident with a Kangaroo in Victoria in the middle of nowhere. Was still able to drive the vehicle. Phoned the insurance company from the motel. Very friendly, told us not to worry. Continued our holiday knowing our car would be repaired...       Full review

      CommInsure has very good rates and I can see details of my policy inside NetBank alongside my other banking details. So I know when payment is coming and the type of policy without having to hunt around for paperwork that I invariably lose anyway!...       Full review 

      CommInsure has very good rates and I can see details of my policy inside NetBank alongside my other banking details. So I know when payment is coming and the type of policy without having to hunt around for paperwork that I invariably lose anyway! Customer service has improved considerably in my time as a policyholder, so I would have no hesitation in recommending CommInsure to anyone.

      We found them great when my husband had a minor accident, in the city. But when we had a broken windscreen in the country, on a Friday arvo, their supposed all hours phone service staff member told me to call back on Monday then said thanks for ca...       Full review 

      We found them great when my husband had a minor accident, in the city. But when we had a broken windscreen in the country, on a Friday arvo, their supposed all hours phone service staff member told me to call back on Monday then said thanks for calling. I had to yell to stop him hanging up on me. instead of them organising to have the windscreen replaced, we had to do it , pay for it, then send in a receipt for reimbursement. had we not done this, we'd have been stuck in Kalgoorlie all weekend, paying for accommodation instead of being able to travel on and bush camp.

      I have never had to make a claim, so I do not know how good ( or bad)the service would be. I have seen better coverage advertised by other companies but have not compared the premium rates. I have had in mind to do a comparison search but have not yet got around to it. I guess for me I stay with my insurer because I bank with the Commonwealth and signed up for the account and insurance at the same time as it seemed convenient. I receive my policy renewal annually and other than that I have no communication from them. Thankyou - your survey has got me thinking.
