  I like my car loan even if interest isn't the lowest because i still have it to run from A to B.. On a low salary i still mange to pay it without being so short on money (sometimes) i have just under 2500 left on my loan and I've paid 12500 over a...       Full review 

  I like my car loan even if interest isn't the lowest because i still have it to run from A to B.. On a low salary i still mange to pay it without being so short on money (sometimes) i have just under 2500 left on my loan and I've paid 12500 over a 4 year period. its depressing at the same time because my cars plays up a lot but even by paying this loan shows me i can actually save money once this is done and continue putting money away. i have told my friends about it too because also when it was approved everything was done within a week or two and i drove away in my new car- so at the end of the day im still smiling :)

  Apart from the set up of the account and friendly customer assistant... The product is a shot in the foot, high interest rates, no rewards if your a customer who pays the repayment on time everytime, no acknowledgment, high dishonor fee Of $25 IF ...       Full review 

  Apart from the set up of the account and friendly customer assistant... The product is a shot in the foot, high interest rates, no rewards if your a customer who pays the repayment on time everytime, no acknowledgment, high dishonor fee Of $25 IF payment is late... But apart from the negatives there are a few positives: fixed or variable rate, up to 7 years to repay the loan, less waiting time on the phone/in person, professional customer service and professional staff compared to other banks.

  I loved getting my loan through the CBA. I went to a Branch I had not visited before and they were very welcoming. The best experience I have had at a bank, ever. I was explained everything clearly, given time to consider my options and shop around, and when I had made my decision; the formalities were handled quickly and professionally. I got my draw down promptly and was able to get my car! The staff at the bank, even those not involved in my loan asked me with genuine interest about my car and what I had chosen. I have since visited that branch and received wonderful service. I have also had staff on the phone service give equally helpful and friendly service when answering my questions about my loan.   Taking out the loan was very easy - all down to our local branch at Erina NSW. The staff there could not be more friendly and helpful. After moving to the area it only took 2-3 visits before the staff remembered our names. We have never stood in line and waited to speak to a member of staff for more than 2 minutes.
