Don't really like anything about the Commonwealth bank.... pay is usually late (bank never can tell me why)? and they will still charge me late fees on my direct debits. :( However i have had this bank account for many years and will remain a loyal customer! The interest rate on my loan is ridiculously high almost the same as a credit card and only one month after obtaining the loan the rate went up 0.5%. I have to admit that the application process was fantastic and the customer service is great. I had previously 'Googled' myself silly getting all the information we needed to get the best loan possible, but the Bank representative gave us more information and an even better deal. We were extremely happy as they explained all the options on how to get the best interest rate and how to pay less over the time of the loan. The only complaint is: I wish they would give you more privacy when applying for loans or discussing private details as you are just standing at a counter where everyone can hear your conversation.
