  They closed my linked bank account without notice when the balance zero'd from their automatic fees, so i couldn't even transfer in funds to pay the credit card anymore, then they charged me an overdue fee.       Full review

Commonwealth Bank staff give great customer service and eager to help when I visit the branch. Internet banking is easy, the website is very user friendly.   Commonwealth bank being one of the big banks have the customer numbers so miss out on treating you like their only customer. Visiting a branch during a weekday I waited for 20 minutes to have be query answered, after that I went to the shops and found my card which I've used for years was deactivated. So straight back to the bank and another 20 min wait. They are convenient because they have ATMs everywhere but their awards program for their credit cards requires you to spend a lot to gain a very small reward.

  Since being with the Commonwealth bank I have had nothing but friendly service and help from all the of the staff. I use them for my savings account and house insurance plus car insurance too. So I guess that shows how I trust them and have faith ...       Full review 

  Since being with the Commonwealth bank I have had nothing but friendly service and help from all the of the staff. I use them for my savings account and house insurance plus car insurance too. So I guess that shows how I trust them and have faith in their looking after my needs. My savings account is easy to access no fuss and online version is very good too.

  The pensioner security account is excellent for self funded retirees and those on the pension. Yes it is tired interest. Buy it is higher than internet accounts or term deposits. Money is on call. Funds can be accessed through internet banking Net Bank, ATMS or phone bank. If you are not able to use internet banking you can tell the bank and you can use the tellers without incurring any fees. Also if you have more than $50,000.00 with the bank there are no charges for transaction fees.

  When we first committed to a term deposit, we were treated like royalty, unfortunately when they had our money, we just turned into a number. The rolling over of our term deposit seemed to be a burden to the same person who treated us like royalty...       Full review

The rolling over of our term deposit seemed to be a burden to the same person who treated us like royalty. Our term deposit is maturing again soon, and, if we do not get the best service the CBA will lose our money. I am talking over $500,000.
