  Whenever I've had a problem or question I talk to a person straight away, first up and they help me then and there. I don't have to explain my problem to a machine and then repeat it to 5 different people. I don't understand why people stay with b...       Full review 

  Whenever I've had a problem or question I talk to a person straight away, first up and they help me then and there. I don't have to explain my problem to a machine and then repeat it to 5 different people. I don't understand why people stay with banks.   The people who work here remember you when you go into the branch, they are very friendly, cheaper fees than the banks, and they made us pinnacle members for life for bringing over our loan.       Full review

  Customer service is fantastic. I only have to ring my bank manager & he will come out to our home at short notice to sign paper work or answer any questions, unbelievable service.       Full review

  They tailored the home loan to suit our needs and since they dont charge account keeping fees it worked out to be the cheapest way to get a home loan that the Large Banks. Very happy with there service would not change banks!       Full review

  On limited income we needed funds to plan our new home for retirement. They advanced funds when other financial institutions wouldn't. Their interest rate was most competitive.   They break their own contracts by backdating interest rises that have acknowledged as wrong but do nothing to change. They inconsistently charge fees for their damaged credit cards that are not the fault of the customer. They pass on unreasonabl...       Full review 

  They break their own contracts by backdating interest rises that have acknowledged as wrong but do nothing to change. They inconsistently charge fees for their damaged credit cards that are not the fault of the customer. They pass on unreasonable interest rate rises at their will.   Their rates are competitive and they didn't apply the first two rate rises. Their service is fantastic and you can get a discounted rate if you are a high savings/borrowings customer.       Full review

  The staff at CPS were so helpful and so kind. I have never seen staff at a bank work so hard to help clients. Whenever I call, the staff are so friendly and so helpful and I have never had to wait on hold for someone to answer the phone when calling the call center.
