  This product stands out for me for many reasons. I have been a member of Community CPS Australia for almost a decade and have never had one problem with them. I find it funny that most people are always complaining about their bank when they could just join a credit union and get a much better deal all round. My low rate credit card has been invaluable to me in recent years and I thank Community CPS Australia for their flexibility, low rates (some of the lowest on the market) and their amazing customer service. In all honesty I cannot think of one issue to raise about the product and service, because in comparison to the products offered by the major banks Community CPS Australia is easily 100 times better. I would and have recommended this product many times to family and friends.

  It was so easy right from the start! I was able to use the CPS website to work out how long I wanted to repay the loan. Now that's pretty good - the customer decides how long they want :)) My repayments are being done automatically through my acco...       Full review 

  It was so easy right from the start! I was able to use the CPS website to work out how long I wanted to repay the loan. Now that's pretty good - the customer decides how long they want :)) My repayments are being done automatically through my account, but I can contact CPS via phone any day of the week, AND outside normal office hours, if I have a problem. And if I decide I want to pay off the loan today - next month - mid June - all I need to do is ring the CPS number and they'll calculate it for me to the CENT!

  Fee structure is VERY difficult to understand, varies according to your 'financial relationship' with the bank - the more money in your account and/or the more you owe, the lower the fees, so those who can least afford to pay high fees - low to middle income earners with very few savings and can't afford a home or personal loan - are the ones being charged the highest fees.
