      I like the personal service they give me over the phone, always very polite and very helpful. They even share further advice that is not requested, which makes me smarter when using the debit card.       Full review

You can only spend the money you have and it's easy to keep on a budget, pay your bills, etc. The staff at the Tuggerah branch are extremely helpful and friendly. They are very well-trained in their job and always give their customers excellent advice. They helped me lower my fees when using the debit card.

      Over the years I have tried all the banks with both business, personal accounts and also credit cards. Since changing to Community First I have saved money on fees and transactions and the overall customer service is second to none - I look forward to my trips to the local branch as you are always made to feel welcome with the girls behind the counter waiting to help you with a smile. I would recommend Community First to anyone looking to open an account and/or changing from the main banks.
