    The overall service from Esanda was brilliant, I was given the names and contact numbers of 3 different people all of whom where more than happy to answer my many phone calls whilst I was setting up the purchase of my vehicle from a private buyer. The process was explained to me clearly with lots of advice. I felt like they were pulling out all stops to get me completion of the finance as quickly as possible.

    I have been with Esanda now for 3 years. Since my contract with Esanda I have had several unfortunate circumstances with the struggle of life. Esanda listened to my problems and have assisted me with my repayments with hardship. I will always recommend esanda and if I need funds in the future I hope Esanda will be there for me.

    VERY disappointed with Esanda and would not use them ever again! Hard to access your loan details - You can't even access these online!! Very little contact is made - you receive one statement per year and that is it!! The interest rates are...       Full review 

    VERY disappointed with Esanda and would not use them ever again! Hard to access your loan details - You can't even access these online!! Very little contact is made - you receive one statement per year and that is it!! The interest rates are exceptionally high! The "extra charges" are absolutely ridiculous! They charge $20 just to be sent a duplicate or additional statement. if you are late with a payment they charge you a $35 late fee! And if you want to make additional cash payments, they actually charge you for this!! What a JOKE!!! NEVER use Esanda's services (if you can even call them that). They do nothing but RIP YOU OFF!!!

    Esanda is Australia's most dishonest, unreliable and dodgy company we have ever encountered. They have an extremely high early payout fee and then make it very difficult to pay out the loan. It has taken us 4 weeks and still they will not communic...       Full review 

    Esanda is Australia's most dishonest, unreliable and dodgy company we have ever encountered. They have an extremely high early payout fee and then make it very difficult to pay out the loan. It has taken us 4 weeks and still they will not communicate the issue. We have sold our car and the purchasing party will be getting a lawyer to fight the injustice imposed against us and them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND BOYCOT ANZ FOR BEING AFFILIATED WITH THEM. Esanda has no office so you are unable to meet with a staff member to discuss issues and the waiting cue on the phone is ridiculous (although if you select to go through to sales they are very quick to answer). Tell everyone you know to avoid this company like a disease. Esanda- if you are reading this... watch out, you have messed with the wrong people.

    First loan with Esanda.$30k+..I should have stuck with my bank. Terrible service. Contract signed on the 8th so I was told that I can only have direct debits come out on the 8th.?? If I change the date to say 15th I will incur interest and fees. I...       Full review

If I change the date to say 15th I will incur interest and fees. I had a baby so I made payments for half for 6 months and was told it was no problem. After the 6 month period was up. I was hounded for the "arrears" and told this will effect my rating. I Was NEVER told that in the beginning. So I paid arrears with a month but still got letters. Then six months later I get a letter stating that I am special, a great client and look forward to future services they can provide?? I don't think so. Not organised. This is my final year with them, thank the stars. I will NEVER EVER go with them again. Not family friendly at all. Facilities are from the dark ages. Can't pay anything with keycard Mastercard, Visa, nothing. I cannot check my account online. Pretty useless really.

I had a balloon payment due earlier this year and decided that I would re-finance this . Esanda approved this and also allowed me to keep the same interst rate, which has been fantastic.

    These guys were totally fine all the way through the loan, but when i wanted to leave, all of a sudden the games came into play. "we can t find your check"..."when the check does get here it will take around 3 weeks to process"...you name it, they...       Full review 

    These guys were totally fine all the way through the loan, but when i wanted to leave, all of a sudden the games came into play. "we can t find your check"..."when the check does get here it will take around 3 weeks to process"...you name it, they were full of it. Only after speaking to several customers service agents did i get on to a supervisor who managed to confirm that the check had been received yet it would still take a further 48 hours before the check could be banked - they told me that they had to physically go to an ANZ bank and line up at the teller to bank it. Sorry Esanda, that is an absolute crock. You wont see my money again.

    Esanda car loans are one of the most competitve on the market. Has low interest fixed rate for 7 years. Can do automatic debit which ensures loan paid on time. I have had problems paying the loan amount. Esanda customer service has adjusted repayments until I return to work. The adjustment is reviewed every 2 months.Very understanding and are committed to their customers. They do not want you to lose your car!!!

    This would have to come down to communication, which is the key! I had to change my address multiple times, letters and statements were not posted when they were suppose to and towards the end it took one or two phone calls to get anything from them and when I was due to end and wanted to know how much longer and how much I was still owing then did not inform me and then kept taking money as I could not get a finished price as at sometime, somehow my pay schedule with them changed! I then had to wait to get a refund!

There are no added benefits of having an Esanda product either and the only reason I am with Esanda is because it was the loan through the car dealer. I have never heard of Esanda nor have I seen an Esanda branch, building, or poster.

    Esanda gave me a loan for 5,000 for a car some years ago. I felt like they were the mafiosa of the all the loan institutions, ridiculously hight interest and unpleasant to deal with.... threatening letters if you were late with payments.... waiti...       Full review 

    Esanda gave me a loan for 5,000 for a car some years ago. I felt like they were the mafiosa of the all the loan institutions, ridiculously hight interest and unpleasant to deal with.... threatening letters if you were late with payments.... waiting in car dealerships to catch the unsuspecting prey..... I felt caught in a financial Esanda net. I would never recommend their services to anyone. It was a mistake I was glad to see the end of!!!!!!!!!!!
