  I can't think of any cons - just pros. It suits our lifestyle - it is hassle free - vary rarely do I have to queue - online or on phone, the service is way too easy - Go Greater!!       Full review

  If they can give my money to a person that did not have my permission to take my money and then tell me she was my daughter, that's ok. Well it was not and she has to go to court now for fraud and the bank thinks they are getting away.       Full review

  I have found the greater credit union one of the best credit unions I have dealt with. I am 52 and don't have a great amount of money but they are really friendly and very helpful and will do their very best to help you in any way that is needed. ...       Full review 

  I have found the greater credit union one of the best credit unions I have dealt with. I am 52 and don't have a great amount of money but they are really friendly and very helpful and will do their very best to help you in any way that is needed. The only thing wrong is the access in Figtree, Corrimal and Dapto shopping centres needs to be more accessible as for after hours you are not able to access the bank, as you have to use other means.   I absolutely love this Debit Visa Card which costs me nothing to use my money, and the fact of it being debit is obviously 100% better than a credit card.   With The Greater, you only have one small fee each month, I think it is under $7, compared to other banks this is fantastic and lets you calculate your money without worrying what fees they will take. Also, should a bill try to come out of your ac...       Full review 

  With The Greater, you only have one small fee each month, I think it is under $7, compared to other banks this is fantastic and lets you calculate your money without worrying what fees they will take. Also, should a bill try to come out of your account and you do not have the money in there to cover it, you do not get charged anything, unlike Westpac who used to charge me a $50 dishonour fee, I would recommend The Greater to anyone who is serious about placing their money where it is safe and not going to be eaten up by fees.

  I have banked with other institutions over the years but found the Greater Building Society, who I have banked with for 20yrs+ to be the best. I would recommend them to everyone for their home loan as well as their everyday banking especially the debit card.   I love the Greater, I have been with them since I was a baby when my mother started my account and have been with them ever since.   They have always responded quickly to any requests for information or help and have gone out of their way to ensure the safety and integrity of my account and relevent cards. At one stage they rang me to inquire about suspicious transactions on my account and, after conferring with me, cancelled my current card and arranged for, not one but two, replacements and gave me advice on how to use the two cards in such a way that it virtually eliminated and further suspect transactions.

  I have been with the Greater for over 30 years and have never had a complaint. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are in the process of relocating at present, which is a bit of inconvenience as there is no branch in our Suburb.   Whilst the Greater doesn't have some of the broader access to ATM's that some of the larger financial institutions have, I feel that the excellent customer service more than makes up for this.       Full review
