  HSBC made a terrible mistake with interest calculation and kept denying the mistake. In other words, HSBC intentionally try to deceive me. When i sent a complaint to their customer relations, no reply. When i resent another complaint, again no reply. HSBC is one lousy lazy bum bank. DO not bank with it.

  good interest rate, but some FD product duration period to long, pro - can log in the fixed interest for 5 yrs con - 5 yrs is a bit long, if want to use the fund need to break the term n would face pelnity       Full review

  High fee when using the teller service, which should be remove given that u need to use the service only when issuing bank cheque which already incur fee and on top of that u need to pay teller fee. Teller should be eliminated.       Full review
