      I have never had any problems with this bank. They din't charge me fees because I am a pensioner and their customer service is fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.       Full review

      Never, EVER open an account with the Heritage Bank. Rudest staff in any financial institution in the universe. And don't even bother trying to phone their head office for help as they are equally rude and unhelpful. After years of hopeless service...       Full review

      Coming from Qld heritage was great. it was an awesome bank because they were everywhere. but now i have moved to NSW to study dance fulltime as a student and there isnt one anywhere. So that became a bit of a hassle with fees always paying to ...       Full review 

      Coming from Qld heritage was great. it was an awesome bank because they were everywhere. but now i have moved to NSW to study dance fulltime as a student and there isnt one anywhere. So that became a bit of a hassle with fees always paying to use my card. and then i got visa debit and although i still live in NSW, the card doesn't cost me to use because its debit. it would be better if i was still in queensland and had a bank i could go into to put money in or speak to a person but hey you have to give things up for what you love and i love dancing. So i sacrificed. i love heritage ive been with heritage my whole life and they have been great and now with the visa debit there even better!

      I have never had any problems with the services this bank provides. When I have had a problem which is very rarely, they attend to it very promptly and go out of their way to be of assistance. I would recommend this bank to anyone.       Full review

      I have banked with Heritage for many years and am generally happy with them. The thing that angers me is the overdraw fees as they would be well aware that my wages go in every fortnight and have done so for at least 10 years...no flexibility       Full review

      Heritage is small, but that explains why they are at the forefront of innovation. They were offering a Visa Debit card at least 5 years before any other bank. As for fees, I haven't been charged transaction fees in the entire 15 years I've bee...       Full review 

      Heritage is small, but that explains why they are at the forefront of innovation. They were offering a Visa Debit card at least 5 years before any other bank. As for fees, I haven't been charged transaction fees in the entire 15 years I've been using Heritage. On rare occasions I have ended up overdrawn. Most of the time they did not charge for that, and when they did it was less than half the cost of any of the big banks.

      I like the Heritage Building Society because I feel like they genuinely put people first. Although they don't have many branches and ATMs, I have always been well looked after at the tellers. I joined them 8 years ago because my relative recommended this bank. Best of all they do not charge any account keeping fees and neither do they find ways of charging you fees. I have been so satisfied by this bank that I, in turn, recommended Heritage to my friends.

      Locations of ATMs are few, especially where I live (only one ATM in entire city) - though they suggest to use EFTPOS transactions at shops to get money out, alot of shops are now not letting you withdraw huge amounts of money. Also as its a debit...       Full review 

      Locations of ATMs are few, especially where I live (only one ATM in entire city) - though they suggest to use EFTPOS transactions at shops to get money out, alot of shops are now not letting you withdraw huge amounts of money. Also as its a debit/credit card, now most supermarkets don't give you the option of selecting CR instead of SAVINGS (to reduce your fees for using EFTPOS).

      i have no problems with my bank what so ever as everything at my bank is great for the services and products and could not be any more but very helpful in what they have to offer as me being on a pension i dont get charged any monthly book keeping...       Full review 

      i have no problems with my bank what so ever as everything at my bank is great for the services and products and could not be any more but very helpful in what they have to offer as me being on a pension i dont get charged any monthly book keeping fees for my account with 5 free transactions a month and $1.50 after using up free transactions and phone banking is simple and easy and free of charge for customers staff members are allways friendly.would highly recommend the heritage building society to any one.
