  I have never had any problems with this bank. They din't charge me fees because I am a pensioner and their customer service is fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.       Full review

  I've been with Heritage Building Society for quite a number of years and still have a personal loan and credit card with them. But unfortunately, I feel I've been let down customer service wise a bit lately and have opened a NAB account.
