  I have the Visa Debit Card with Heritage, which is a great way to access your money to pay for things overseas or online. There is no rewards program that I'm aware of (pretty standard for a debit card?) and a currency conversion fee but no other...       Full review

  I was a long time member & wanted to refinance, due to overcommitting on credit cards. The disallowed the request on the grounds of total monies that would be owing, in conjunction with my age. I went to the CUA, with existing but slightly higher ...       Full review 

  I was a long time member & wanted to refinance, due to overcommitting on credit cards. The disallowed the request on the grounds of total monies that would be owing, in conjunction with my age. I went to the CUA, with existing but slightly higher interest rate and asked for refinance to payout and cancel credit cards. They agreed and now that I am free of c/c debt, I am able to pay an extra $140/m of my home loan, and adding to my Rabodirect (HISA) with $50/m. Smiley faces for CUA. No smiley faces for Heritage Bank who have lost my long term savings a/c.

  Too many fees and charge a large fee if you dishonor your direct debit when having not enough money in the account to cover. Customer service poor when helping you with which account best suited to your needs.       Full review
