      I shopped around and found they had the best interest rate out there. Staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly too which is such a bonus. Gold stars all round for Heritage.       Full review

      the bank that I do my term deposit with, are always great help, they never try get me to do this or that with our investments, they know people with certain investments are up to date with interest rates etc, which I am as this is our part income ...       Full review 

      the bank that I do my term deposit with, are always great help, they never try get me to do this or that with our investments, they know people with certain investments are up to date with interest rates etc, which I am as this is our part income as a pensioner, plus I do my homework, when time comes around for re investment I find my bank is always on top, for better interest in the months I want to invest for.

      I do not like the penalties for early withdrawal of part or all of term deposits. The CBA has much better options for early withdrawal of funds. For example, you get a very minimal interest rate on the amount withdrawn at HBS (something like 0.1...       Full review

For example, you get a very minimal interest rate on the amount withdrawn at HBS (something like 0.1%), yet at CBA you still get 5% interest on the amount withdrawn (plus a small fee).

      As a person on a single parents pension it is hard to save money. Heritage North Lakes (and more then likely other Heritage) have a savings account that gives you extra cash. Heritage also has $1000 term deposits available for us low savers that...       Full review

Heritage also has $1000 term deposits available for us low savers that I have not found in any other banks that I have enquired about. They also have old fashioned personal service. I love the Heritage bank and the people in it.
