had only a small issue 2 years back which has been and gone was with only staff member not the bank to be held liable. All other staff are really good with there customer service. The Heritage Building Society has a country town feel and ethics but a modern system. We have all our banking and insurances with them and have always been very happy. Fees are quite high. We seem inundated at times with mail from Heritage, can't help but think if we received less mail from them they could save a motza (and pass on the savings!).
