I have several accounts through Heritage, ad quite frankly I could not rate them high enough. I cannot think of any cons. And as for pros, Heritage seem to genuinely care for their customers. They understand that we are human beings and not just numbers.

Heritage is a good bank for teens and people that always draw money from their local atm as there are no fees no overdrawn fees. It is really a good bank besides there is a very little selection of atms and branches to with draw your money from.

Conveniently located in the banking mix of my shopping centre, not far from the car park. I am able to service all my banking needs as well as interbank transactions and paying bills. The staff are always very helpful and cheerful which goes a long way in impressing me when I visit the branch.

The customer service is very good, they care about your needs and are all too happy to help you in every way they can, and serve you with a smile. I've never had any problems with my account, small fees from time to time. My account has had bills come out when I have had no money in the account to cover them and they have still allowed them to be processed and don't always charge a fee, but send me a confirmation letter when it happens. I'm happy overall with this account and have had an account with them for over ten years.

they are very competitive with their interest rates, they helped me decide which account would better suit my needs to put some savings away and they reward you with a better interest rate at the end of each month if you have made at least one deposit and not withdrawn any funds from your account. the service has been nothing but pleasant each and every visit.

heritage building society has been the best bank i have been with as they dont charge book keeping fees and charge smaller atm transaction fees cheaper,i all so use a visa debit card which i can use any time all around the world and im not limited on how much i spend as its my own money but using the heritage bank to put money into my account,the staff members are so ever polite with honesty to there customers satisfaction im one happy customer with the heritage building society.keep the great work up heritage building society.

Easy access to this account only if you live in Qld, fees are very high for use of atm's in other states in Australia. Eftpos fees are high. The Visa/Debit card it virtually useless, not accepted in many places.
