      Fantastic interest rate, which certainly helps our family in tough times. Our main bank Westpac couldn't beat them. Only problem is not having any branches to actually go into like a bank. Our family mainly does banking by phone, but for Homeloans...       Full review 

      Fantastic interest rate, which certainly helps our family in tough times. Our main bank Westpac couldn't beat them. Only problem is not having any branches to actually go into like a bank. Our family mainly does banking by phone, but for Homeloans Ltd its just deducted each month from another bank account. They do have a very good customer service help line and you don't have to wait too long to be served.

      The interest rates aren't competitive and they lock you in for 3 years (as in you pay a fine for paying out the mortgage during this time). They put the interest rates up above the reserve bank's increases, but don't communicate to you what percen...       Full review

They put the interest rates up above the reserve bank's increases, but don't communicate to you what percentage it has gone up by, only the new monthly amount.

      Great interest rate and no monthly fees. The only problem I had was when I was looking at refinancing with Homeloans Ltd. I couldn't get a response despite several calls, so ended up going through a mortgage broker at reduced application fee. Yes ...       Full review
