  I am finding the debit card to be a frustrating option knowing that Woolworths doesn't allow it to be used as a credit card. I try hard to keep my fees down as my husband and I are pensioners and can't afford money for nothing like fees etc. O...       Full review 

  I am finding the debit card to be a frustrating option knowing that Woolworths doesn't allow it to be used as a credit card. I try hard to keep my fees down as my husband and I are pensioners and can't afford money for nothing like fees etc. Other than that, the card has always been very convenient in the past and it is only this year that the options have changed.

  I have been with a number of banks and used their products, there is always an issue with gaining the correct information, the complexity or the inability to be bothered to pursue the correct information which is imperative to the customer. The IMB and my debit card or any other enquiry or problem I encounter is always handled in an impromptu manner with a high standard of service and efficiency. Never would I consider changing from this organisation who continues to deliver all service I require to make my experience a pleasant, relaxed and simple experience.

  Although I live in Melbourne where IMB has one one branch it is certainly worth it in many other ways. For example I work in the CBD and for a bank to have 3 tellers during a lunch break is pretty pathetic its their busiest time. Imb looks after i...       Full review 

  Although I live in Melbourne where IMB has one one branch it is certainly worth it in many other ways. For example I work in the CBD and for a bank to have 3 tellers during a lunch break is pretty pathetic its their busiest time. Imb looks after its customers through any interest rate rises and it wont go over the reserve banks cash rate increases. They are friendly staff who will bend over backwards in assisting you to get the most out of your banking

  I like that it only costs $1.60 per month and it saves me alot on transactions fees because when i select credit when i am purchasing something on eftpos the transaction is free. I can also use the card overseas and on the internet       Full review
