      I like that I could get a debit card. Other banks only let you have a debit card if you earn a high income, even though it's your own money. I like that even if you use any ATM, you get reimbursed the ATM fee. I like that I can link my other accou...       Full review 

      I like that I could get a debit card. Other banks only let you have a debit card if you earn a high income, even though it's your own money. I like that even if you use any ATM, you get reimbursed the ATM fee. I like that I can link my other accounts with them and also my banking online and feel safe. It's great how I can also do phone banking and I never had to wait in a queue be on hold. I get immediate attention and information is always helpful and questions answered in a way I can understand and to the point. I don't think there is anything I dislike.

      Love it, I can withdraw money anywhere and ING will reimburse me any associated fees. Online banking is very easy and secure. Sign up is through Australia Post which is probably more convenient than finding some bank branches. I also got paid money when I first opened the account and directed by wage into it. Highly recommend, ps you get a cool orange card.

      I have had an account with ING for a Visa Debit card and it's a wonderful account and card that has become so handy for me as I can use it in the real bricks and mortar world and also the online world I spend so much time in. It's an easy account and an easy card to use and best of all it uses my money so there's no interest charged to me like there would be if it were a credit card. I recommend this bank, this account and this visa debit card to you without any hesitation whatsoever. Ten out of ten.

      There are no annual fees for this ING debit card but I have been charged exchange rate fees, even when I am paying an AUS$ amount! ING say that the online retailer doesn't have an AUS$ account and that I must pay the fees for currency exchange. Ye...       Full review

Yet I have paid these same online retailers using a credit card and have NEVER been charged exchange rate fees. "Not happy Jan!"

They also give you FREE MONEY when you make your first purchase and transfer etc. They don't have branches or ATMs but you can easily get cash out at a supermarket or other shop, and if you really need to use an ATM, if you withdraw $200 or more they'll refund the $2 ATM fee!

      In a time when trust in financial institutions seems to be dwindling, it is refreshing to find a Bank like ING Direct. Their promotions to obtain and maintain new customers supersedes other Banks I have held accounts with. ING Direct also values existing customers. ING Direct rewards their customers just for having an Orange Everyday Account (with a VISA Debit Card) by eliminating unnecessary fees and charges, providing support and suggestions to manage finances and constantly providing superior customer service at all times. Transferring funds and paying bills is quick and hassle free, sometimes payments reach their destination the same day! ING Direct also provides realistic interest rates (both for savings accounts as well as loans) and is always competitive in those fields. In comparison with other banks I have been with, and researched to find products with value and customer support, ING Direct is definitely ahead of the pack and sincere about it also.

      I love this product - no account fees, only time I ever pay any fees is if I withdraw less than $200 from another bank's ATM. It's brilliant! Plus the convenience of the standard ATM card also being a Visa debit is great, as it means I can shop online at no additional cost. The savings maximiser account is also great as it offers a great interest rate and good incentives to deposit lump sums too. I'd never use another bank again if I could avoid it! ING has it in the bag, good service, great prices, convenience! I'm always raving about them to people when they're unhappy with their bank!

      My ING orange everyday account makes banking so easy and they even pay you! And, best of all, makes all my friends green with ATM envy. Once I had the banking blues, but now, thanks to my orange everyday, I am always in the black and no longer in the red! To me the sky is always blue and I always have pennies put away for my rainy days! Thanks Ing for being what a modern bank should be - convenient, fee free and easy to move money quickly.
