  What you look for in a loan should be more upfront on how you can save, whether it be on their website or by telephone if you ring up for an enquiry. That way making your choice is much easier. It's not until you ask that you find out you can save on your mortgage. Banks need to be more competitive for your money.save the customer money, it's as simple as that.

  The only downfall that I can pick is that they don't have a service branch to walk into. I understand it is only an online bank, their phone staff are incredibly helpful when ever you need advice so I would happily refer ING to all my friends & fa...       Full review

  There is no branch for us to access easily. However, there is a nil interest visa attached to the loan and this is very helpful as I sometimes forget to pay on time and at least i know i will never get charged interest on the credit card.       Full review

  I love this product and this bank, but the only thing that I'm disappointed at is that they have put the interest up even though the reserve bank didnt raise the rates.       Full review

  I like this bank for my home loan as they have good rates. When I was in a dilema with my special needs daughter home for the christmas break and i could not work as i had to assist her during the day, there was no way we could survive on one inco...       Full review 

  I like this bank for my home loan as they have good rates. When I was in a dilema with my special needs daughter home for the christmas break and i could not work as i had to assist her during the day, there was no way we could survive on one income. They found a solution that worked for both of us without having to endure any hardship and i am very grateful for that.

  Rate given was very competitive and they beat the best offer I could get from NAB. Also very handy that ING also allow any banks ATM to be used for no fee.       Full review

  We have run into a spot of bother and they seem very unwilling to help it is almost so sad to bad.They all reel you in with this that and the other and they always dangle carrots but fail to follow through.       Full review

  ING offer a range of products to suit just about anyone's needs. I signed up for a fixed rate home loan. Their interest rate was the lowest available and they allow some additional repayments while many other fixed rate loan do not. The online banking is easy to navigate and customer service on the phone has always been excellent. The only negative is the lack of a physical branch but that is made up for with much better rates than competitors. I would recommend ING Direct to anyone with access to online or phone banking.
