Need to offer customers better rates, and programs, no contact since we started the loan unless we initialize! I was totally amazed ING has a 24 hour help line. Every time I have needed assistance I have been treated with respect and genuine concern. Unfortunately this is lacking with other banks I deal with. A person's attitude can have a major impact on your mood throughout the day and ING is one Bank I know I can contact without feeling defensive and cranky.
